Hello! You are using Internet Explorer. If you did not buy a lottery ticket last year (and therefore have not received a pre-age verification code), we will require you to use YOTI (the government approved digital ID) to confirm that you over 18 years old. YOTI is not supported by Internet Explorer. Please use any one of the following browsers: Chrome, Safari, Firefox, Microsoft Edge or wait for in person sales to start later in June

If you have previously bought a Million Pound Lottery ticket, or a Car Raffle ticket, and selected that you want to be kept up to date with future raffles and lotteries you should have received an email from us explaining that you can set up an account instead of having a code.

Preverification is a way of our system knowing that you are over the age of 18, therefore not requiring you to prove your age with YOTI.

This new change for 2023 is an easier way for you to keep your details up to date, make purchases quicker and have all of your ticket references in one place.

It is quick and simple to set up an account if you are preverified.

1) Visit raffle.jerseyhospicecare.com/login/preverified and enter your email address ensuring it was the one that you used when you purchased your previous tickets.

2) Once you have entered your email and clicked 'Send email' you will receive an email from Jersey Hospice Care with a link inside it. This link will allow you to activate your account and set a password.

3) Type your password, which must be 8 characters or more, ensuring it matches in the second confirmation box and click 'Set password'

4) You will now be asked to login to your account, from here you can start to purchase tickets, check and update your information, see ticket purchases for 2023 and print your ticket receipts for tickets purchased.

5) To update your details once logged in, you must click on 'Buy Tickets' where you will be shown the fields that are editable and those able to be updated. If any of the details, which are uneditable, are incorrect please fill in this form referencing your email address and the details that are incorrect. The team will never ask you for your password or details of payment when rectifying issues with your account.
